taichi bubble tea is a rochester-based chain offering bubble tea, poke bowls, and ramen. founded in 2015, the chain has now opened 40 stores to date across the country, from new york to california.

after working in the store for a year, i became the social media manager for tiktok. as a passionate creative, i loved staying on top of the latest trends and curating content for our bubble tea loving community.

responsibilities

led video shoots and produced content, incorporated store promotions in content as necessary, planned and managed social media calendar, engaged with community on platform, and curated social media strategy.

results

increased follower count by 56%, led overall account to reach 2 million likes, created viral "straw throwing" trend with the participation of bubble tea stores across the country, and brought in a cumulative of 10.6 million views to brand account.
